Volume #2
Just like for-profit companies, many non-profits face the challenges of raising funds, tight budgets, and employee turnover―all without a full-time HR department. Perhaps you’re struggling to find the right infrastructure for your ever-changing organization. Or maybe you need actionable ideas for attracting, developing, retaining, and maximizing the performance of your top talent. Whatever issues you’re facing, The HR Team will alleviate your human resources burdens so you can focus on advancing your mission. Our team of professionals can supplement the efforts of your existing staff members who may not have the time or the expertise to manage HR responsibilities. As a leading HR outsourcing partner for non-profits, we’re here with personal attention and thoughtful strategies to help make your mission-driven organization the best it can be.
Case Study: A highly visible non-profit organization with approximately 100 employees was about to launch a major initiative that, once complete, would require it to grow its staff to 300 employees. The client wasn’t sure it had the right infrastructure for its current size, let alone the size it would be that next year. The HR Team was engaged to conduct a human resources assessment. In the assessment, The HR Team not only evaluated the organization from legal, practical, and strategic perspectives, but also provided the organization an HR plan on how its infrastructure could best match its needs as it grew. An ideal staffing plan that aligned with the client’s timeframe was also developed. When the client’s initiative was complete, they had the right infrastructure in place to open on time and fully operational when they needed it.
