Beverly originally joined The HR Team in 2008 and then rejoined in 2023. She has 30 years of Human Resources experience working with mid-sized and large organizations. Beverly has partnered with senior leadership to set strategic objectives and led teams to build the collaboration, engagement, and accountability necessary for strong organizational performance.
Beverly has previously held the positions of Executive Director, HR for Adventist Healthcare, and Sr. HR Director for Erickson Senior Living. Beverly held several positions with a nuclear services company as they grew from a few hundred employees to an international organization, participated in the HR due diligence for various acquisitions, and led the merging and communication of benefit plans. Beverly has established and implemented programs and processes for various HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, leadership training and development, policy development, and employee relations and benefits; and led HR teams in the performance of tasks related to these processes.
Beverly also implemented a program that allowed ESL team members to improve their communication skills and work with immigration attorneys to gain their US citizenship. This program resulted in five team members becoming US citizens.
Beverly earned a Bachelor of Science in HR and a Master of Science in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
